Indoor:
2013-14: Had a time of 11:33.24 at the Hilton Garden Invitational in the 3,000-meters.

2012-13: Ran a time of 11:17.21 in the 3,000m at the Liberty Quad.
 
2011-12: Ran a personal-best time of 5:27.49 in the one-mile run at the Liberty Quad...Had a top-10 finish in the one-mile race at the Captain's Invitational...Clocked in a season-best 2:34.31 in the 800m run.

2010-11: Finished 11^th in the one mile at the Liberty Quad with a time of 5:43.03.

Outdoor:
2013-14: Ran in five meets during the outdoor season...Ran a time of 5:14.89 in the 1,500-meters at the Wake Forest Open...Crossed the line with a time of 5:44.41 in the one-mile run at the Joe Hilton Outdoor Invitational...Had a time of 19:50.43 in the 5,000-meters at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational.

2012-13: Posted new personal-records in the 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 meters...Clocked in a time of 19:03.06 in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays and finished seventh...Finished 11th in the 3,000m race at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 10:57.80...Crossed the line with a time of 42:44.39 in the 10,000m at the Southeast Regional Championship.

2011-12: Competed at five outdoor meets on the year...Ran a personal-best 2:33.05 in the 800m at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational...Established a new personal-record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a mark of 12:24.41...Ran a season-best time of 5:09.82 in the 1,500m run at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2010-11: Posted a time of 2:34.06 in the 800m at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational…Finished the 1,500m in 5:08.72 at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational… Member of the SoCon Honor Roll.

Cross Country:
2013: Ran in four meets during the season...Crossed the line with a time of 19:58.6 in the 5K race at the Three Stripe Invitational...Had her highest finish of the season at the Elon Invitational with a 14th-place standing and a time of 19:23.8.

2012: Competed in five events for the year...Ran a season-best time of 18:41.9 at the Queens Royal XC Challenge on Oct. 12...Was the Phoenix's top runner and 11th overall at the Three Stripe Invitational with a time 19:12 on Nov. 3...Clocked in at 19:08 at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15...Had a time of 19:31.52 at the Southern Conference Championships on Oct. 27.

2011: Posted a season-best time of 19:38.8 at the Royal XC Challenge…Clocked a 19:39.00 at the College of Charleston Invitational…Finished the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational with a time of 20:19…Completed the Charlotte Invitational in 20:22.31...2010: Posted a season-best 19:23 at the Elon Invitational…Posted a 19:37.53 at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic…Finished the Royal Cross Country Challenge in 19:42.1.

High School: First-team all-conference selection…Schenectady High School Athlete of the Year…School record-holder in the 3,000-meter run and 2,000-meter steeplechase…Schenectady High School’s 2010 Scholar Athlete of the Year…Owns three cross country course records…Member of three Big 10 Championship cross country teams…Named the cross country team’s MVP as a junior and senior…Four-time track team MVP…Own PRs of 18:40 in the 5K, 4:58 in the 1,500-meter run and 7:36 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase.
