Indoor:
2012-13: Threw a distance of 46'9.5" (14.08m) in the shot put  to finish second and earn All-SoCon honors...Set a new school-record in the shot put with a throw of 47'4.25" (14.43m) at the Wake Forest Invitational and finished second...Had a toss of 45'2.25" (13.77m) in the shot put to finish second at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Also had a second place standing in the shot put at the Liberty Quad with a mark of 44'7.5" (13.60m)...Broke the school-record in the weight throw with a toss of 53'8.5" (16.37m) at the 2013 SoCon Indoor Championships and finished fifth.

2011-12: Won the shot put at the Captain's Invitational with a throw of 40'11.75" (12.49m)...Finished as the runner-up at the Kent Taylor Invitational in the shot put with a heave of 41'9.75" (12.74m)...Had a season-best toss of 42'10.75" (13.07m) in the shot put at the 2012 SoCon Indoor Championships...Threw a season-best mark of 51'1.5" (15.58m) in the weight throw to finish second at the 2012 SoCon Indoor Championships, earning All-SoCon honors.

2010-11: Earned SoCon All-Freshman honors in the shot put…Won the shot put at the State Farm Games with a throw of 12.63m…Posted a distance of 41’1.25” in the shot put, a then school record, at the Virginia Tech Challenge…Threw for a season-best distance of 42’5.5” in the weight throw at SoCon Indoors…Tossed the shot put 41’1.75” at SoCon Indoors…Took third in the shot put at the Liberty Kickoff for a distance of 40’6”.

Outdoor:
2012-13: Won the shot put title at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a toss of 43'8.5" (13.32m)...Finished second in the shot put heave of 46'2.5" (14.08m) at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships and earned All-SoCon honors and set a new school-record...Threw a personal-best mark of 160'1" (48.79m) in the hammer throw at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships and finished fourth...Threw a mark of 106'7" (32.49m) in the discus throw at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2011-12: Earned All-SoCon honors in the shot put with a toss of 44'00" (13.41m) at the 2012 SoCon Outdoor Championships...Threw a mark of 44'6.75" (13.58m) in the shot put at the Kent Taylor-Joe Hilton Invitational and finished fourth...Finished sixth at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational in the shot put with a toss of 42'9.75" (13.05m)...Was sixth in the hammer throw with a heave of 137'9" (42.00m) at the Kent Taylor-Joe Hilton Invitational...Tossed a 143'7" (43.77m) in the hammer throw at the 2012 SoCon Outdoor Championships and was fifth overall.

2010-11: Earned SoCon All-Freshman honors in the shot put, discus and the hammer throw…Posted a season-best throw of 141’11” in the hammer throw at SoCon Outdoors for sixth place…Tossed the discus for 108’11 at the Friendship and Freedom Games…Finished fifth in the shot put with a throw of 41’6.5” at SoCon Outdoors…Earned third in the shot put with a distance of 41’5.75” at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational…Took ninth in the discus at SoCon Outdoors with a throw of 108’2”.
