Indoor: Competed in three meets on the year...Ran a time of 1:04.40 in the 400m at the Wake Forest Invitational...Competed with the 4x400m relay team at the Gene Anderson Invitational that ran a time of 4:19.44.

Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400m at the Joe Hilton Invitational with a time of 1:04.38...Clocked a time of 1:00.65 in the 400m at the Wake Forest Open...Crossed the line with a time of 2:29.43 in the 800m at the Wake Forest Open

2011-12
Indoor: A member of the 4x400m relay team that won the title at the Liberty Kickoff with a time of 3:57.54...Helped capture the 4x400m relay title at the Liberty Quad with a time of 3:55.85...Helped the distance medley relay team to a third place standing at the Captain's Invitational with a time of 12:49.15...Clocked a time of 1:00.76 in the 400m at the Liberty Quad.

Outdoor: Crossed the line in ninth-place at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:09.36...Clocked a time of 1:02.90 in the 400m at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational and finished 11th. 

High School: Won the 2010 2A State 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays…2010 2A State 400-meter dash runner-up…Also won the 4x400-meter relay at the 2009 state championships…Three-sport athlete at St. Mary’s School…Helped soccer team to state runner-up title in 2010…2009 OSSA 2A Second-Team All-State selection…Served as soccer team captain in 2009 and 2010….Helped basketball team to three straight 2A State Basketball Championship appearances, finishing second in 2010…Two-time all-league second team selection…Three-year member of the St. Mary’s National Honor Society…Earned the Jerry Kerr Award for the most inspirational athlete in 2008…St. Mary’s and OSSA Scholar Athlete from 2008-2010.
