Indoor: Competed at four meets during the year in the weight throw and shot put..Had a top-five finish in the shot put at the Liberty Open with a toss of 39' 7.75" (12.08m)...Had a season-best heave of 46' 0" (14.02m) in the weight throw at the Wake Forest Invitational...Had a mark of 38' 0.25" (11.59m) in the shot put at the High Point Team Challenge.

Outdoor: Finished fourth overall in the hammer throw at the Southern Conference Championships with a toss of 163' 5" (49.80m)...Had a throw of 114' 7" (34.93m) in the discus at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational...Finished fifth overall in the hammer throw at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational with a mark of 151' 5" (46.16m).

2012-13:
Indoor: Competed in seven meets this season...Finished as the runner-up in the weight throw with a persona-best toss of 52'4.75" (15.97m) at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Threw a season-best throw of 42'5.5" (12.94m) in the shot put at the 2013 SoCon Indoor Championships...Finished in the top-five in the weight throw at the Liberty Quad with a mark of 51'9.25" (15.78m).

Outdoor: Earned the SoCon championship in the hammer throw with a school-record toss of 175'4" (53.45m) at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships...Named to the All-SoCon team in the hammer throw...Claimed the title in the hammer throw at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a throw of 166'10" (50.86m)...Threw a season-best mark of 122'4" (37.28m) in the discus throw at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships...Finished sixth in the javelin throw at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a toss of 114'6" (34.90m).

Prior to Elon: Competed at Neosho County Community College for two years...Earned the individual conference title in the hammer throw and was top five in the nation in 2011...Set a school record of 51.81M in the hammer throw...Also established the top mark in the program's history in the discus with a distance of 40.7M.

High School: Lettered on the varsity track and field team all four years at Conway Springs High School under coach Matt Biehler...Placed in the top-five at state in the javelin and shot put as a senior...Helped her team win three consecutive league and regional championships...Also lettered in volleyball and basketball.

Personal: Daughter of Lloyd and Christi Holt...Sister Ashley played volleyball at Wichita State and Fort Hays State University...Major is undecided.
