The Coach’s Take: Will compete for playing time at quarterback… Did an excellent job running the scout team last fall. 

2008: Red-shirted. 

Prep: Class 3A First Team All-State selection… First team all-district and all-county pick… Named a 2007 Old Spice National Top-50 Red Zone Player of the Year… 2007 Citrus County Male Athlete of the Year… Threw for 3,162 yards and rushed for 1,000 yards while scoring a school-record 39 touchdowns as a senior… Set a state playoff record with 568 passing yards and 620 yards from scrimmage.
