The Coach’s Take: Is on the mend from a knee injury sustained in off-season workouts… Experienced tight end with soft hands… Has improved as a blocker… An intelligent and versatile player in Elon’s multiple offense. 

2008: Started 10 of the 11 games in which he appeared… Posted 48 receving yards on seven catches… Had two catches for 25 yards in a SoCon victory over then-No. 21 The Citadel… Hauled in four balls for 17 yards against then-No. 4 Wofford… 2007: Started all 11 games and made 17 catches… Recorded 197 recieving yards… Grabbed a career-best five balls for a career-high 71 yards in a victory over eventual Big South Conference champion Liberty… 2006: Saw time in seven contests, mostly on special teams and in two tight end sets. 

Prep: Paced St. Joseph’s Prep to a pair of league titles in three seasons… Tabbed First Team All-Catholic as both a junior and senior… Declared all-city and honorable mention all-state in 2005… Offensive team MVP.
