Biography

The Coach’s Take: Will compete for playing time at nose guard this fall… Had a productive spring season and has improved physically. 

2008: Made seven appearances… Tallied eight total tackles, including one sack… Forced one fumble… Made three total stops, with one sack, against eventual National Champion Richmond… Also posted three tackles against then-No. 4 Wofford… 2007: Red-shirted. 

Prep: Anchored the region’s top defense in 2005… A 2006 All-Gameday member… Earned second team all-district distinction in 2006. 

Personal: Son of Alvin and Charmaine Walker… Born March 5, 1989… Interned at the Wooten Law Firm in Burlington over the summer… Majoring in business administration.
