Biography

2007: Will move to inside linebacker after playing outside linebacker...Will begin the year as the first team middle linebacker on the depth chart.

2006: Notched 46 tackles, including two tackles for a loss, in 11 outings...Had two interceptions and three quarterback hurries...Posted a career-best 14 stops at eventual national champion Appalachian State...Moved to outside linebacker from free safety in the spring.

2005: Finished second on the team with 63 total tackles...Intercepted one pass and broke up two others  in 11 games...Named Southern Conference Freshman of the Week twice, the first after an 11-tackle performance against Coastal Carolina and the second following a five-tackle, one-interception outing in a win over Presbyterian... Recorded 11 stops, including six solo tackles, at Furman.

Prep: Made a T.L. Hanna-record 171 tackles his senior season...Set the program record with 324 career tackles...Two-time all-area honoree.
