2024: Made a career high 16 appearances and a career high seven starts for the Phoenix during his senior season...Finished with an ERA of 5.30 in 56 innings pitched...Completed his season with a career high in wins (3) and saves (3)...Made his season debut in Elon's opening day win against Navy (02/16), finishing the final two innings in Elon's 10-2 win...Made his first start of the season against #15 North Carolina...Earned his first win of the season against NJIT (02/25), throwing five innings, allowing just one earned run and striking out six batters in the Elon win...Struck out five batters in a start against Valparaiso (03/02) and six batters against UMASS (03/08)...Fired a career high six innings, allowing just two hits in the second game against Campbell (03/30)...Earned his second win of the season, striking out three batters in 1.1 innings pitched against Monmouth (04/19)...Earned another win in Elon's comeback win against North Carolina A&T (05/11) with 3.2 innings pitched out of the bullpen, allowing just two hits. 

2023: Made 14 appearances during the 2023 season with two midweek starts for the Phoenix over 20.1 innings pitched…Sieracki made starts at UNCG and at home against Gardner-Webb earning losses in both of his starts…Sieracki finished the season with an 8.41 ERA, striking out 22 batters while walking 10…Finished with a longest outing of 2.1 innings of relief against Akron where Sieracki gave up five earned runs…Best relief appearance came against against #2 Wake Forest, finished with 1.2 innings of relief giving up one hit and striking out three.

2022: Posted a 4.00 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP in 18 innings over 12 relief appearances...Tossed a scoreless inning of relief in his season debut against No. 3 Notre Dame on March 8...Allowed two hits while striking out one in three scoreless innings against High Point on March 29...Struck out a season-high three batters in two scoreless innings against William & Mary on May 21...Struck out two while giving up one hit over three innings of one-run ball in the CAA Tournament against the College of Charleston on May 27.

2021: Went 1-2 with a 5.62 ERA in two starts and 15 appearances. Allowed 18 runs (15 earned) on 28 hits and 13 walks while striking out 13 batters in 24.0 innings pitched...Made his collegiate debut at UNCG on Feb. 20. He allowed one earned run on three hits with one strikeout in 2.0 innings of relief...Earned his first career win at N.C. A&T on March 13. He had three punch outs, allowed two hits and did not give up a run in 3.0 innings of relief...Tied his season high with three strikeouts vs. W&M on April 10. He held the Tribe to one hit and issued two walks in 2.1 innings out of the pen.

Prep: Was a two-time All-Conference honoree and his team's MVP while playing for Coach Carter Varnell at Rocky Mount...Helped his team win a conference tournament championship as a freshman...Was a four-time All-Scholar Athlete and a member of the National Honor Society...Played travel ball for Dirtbags Baseball...Selected the Most Valuable Pitcher in the Jupiter WWBA Tournament...A Top 500 overall prospect, he was also ranked the 432nd right-handed pitcher nationally, 43rd overall in North Carolina, and 17th right-hander in North Carolina.
