Personal: Full name is Ethan James Haislip...Son of Jamie and Amy Haislip...Has two older sisters, Madison and Skylar, and a younger brother, Landon.
 
2024: Made two appearances after missing most of the season with injury...Made his season debut at home against High Point pitching 0.2 innings...Closed out his Phoenix career with an inning pitched with two strikeouts in Elon's final regular season game against the College of Charleston. 

2023: Made seven appearances, all out of the bullpen for the Phoenix in 2023...Made his first appearance for the Phoenix in Elon's second matchup with the Kentucky Wildcats...Pitched 0.1 innings in Elon's upset win over #2 Wake Forest...Finished the year with 5.2 innings pitched and five strikeouts with an ERA of 7.94.

At Brunswick Community College: Made 14 starts in 2021, going 8-2 with a 4.21 ERA and 71 strikeouts in 57 2/3 innings...Made 15 appearances (14 starts) in 2022, going 8-2 with a 3.39 ERA and 74 strikeouts in 71 2/3 innings.
 
Prep: Four-year letterwinner under Travis Little, Hank Harris and Mike Matkovich at Cuthbertson High School...Helped the Cavaliers win the 2017 Southern Carolina Conference tournament...Played club baseball for On Deck Academy.
