Final Results

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – A final round 313 by the Elon women's golf team led the Phoenix to a three-round score of 928 (304-311-313) and a 14th place showing at the Palmetto Intercollegiate, the program's last tournament of the fall season. The 20-team field included five of the nation's top 50 programs.

Freshman Heather Munro led the Phoenix by tying for 43rd out of 104 participants with a score of 230 (73-79-78). Munro was followed by Sunna Vidisdottir who carded a 231 (74-79-78) to tie for 46th.

In a tie for 57th was Kelsey Badmaev. Badmaev posted rounds of 78, 77 and 78 for a three-day mark of 233.

Emily Brooks, who had 36 pars over her 54 holes, tied for 60th with a mark of 234 (79-76-79). Elon's fifth was Heather Dockrill who placed 101st with a mark of 263 (87-89-87).

Coastal Carolina's Lena Schaeffner captured medalist honors with a four-under 212 (68-73-71). The Chanticleers also claimed the team title, besting 25th-ranked GRU Augusta by 12 strokes.
