ELON, N.C. – Elon University men's basketball returns to action tomorrow afternoon, Feb. 20, for a matchup with William & Mary. Tipoff in the contest is slated for 2 p.m. at Kaplan Arena on William & Mary's campus.

st time that Elon and William & Mary will meet in program history, with the Phoenix trailing in the series 16-4.
- In their most recent meeting, Elon defeated William & Mary, 68-63, in the quarterfinals round of the 2020 CAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

Darius Burford and
Michael Graham combined for 12 points and nine rebounds for the Phoenix.
- The Phoenix led for a total of 38:23 of game time and never trailed in the contest.
- Elon rounded out non-conference play with a 3-1 overall record.
- Following its win against Campbell, the Phoenix earned its first 3-0 start to a season in Division I program history.
- Elon's win over N.C. Wesleyan made Schrage the first Elon coach since Bob Burton in 1987-88 to win his first two season openers.
SCOUTING WILLIAM & MARY
- Dane Fischer is in the midst of his second season at the helm of the William & Mary program after spending four years as an assistant coach at George Mason.
- William & Mary is off to a 6-7 start to the season after defeating Towson in its most recent outing.
- The Tribe is led by Luke Loewe, who currently averages 16.9 ppg and 3.5 apg. Charleston has also gotten major contributions from Connor Kochera who is posting 13.6 ppg and 4.8 rpg this season.
- William & Mary's matchup with Elon will be its first competition since January 31.
