ELON, N.C. — The Elon women's basketball team (12-9, 6-4 CAA) travels to UNCW (12-12, 6-5 CAA) for a 7 p.m. matchup on Friday, Feb. 14, before hosting Campbell (14-9, 7-4 CAA) on Sunday at 1 p.m. for the team's annual Play4Kay game.

JAYDA'S ANGELS
- Freshman Jayda Angel has earned four CAA Rookie of the Week honors so far in the 2024-25 season.
- Angel led the team in scoring for the seventh time this season, finishing with 14 points, six rebounds, and two steals against the Tribe.
- Angel tied for the team-lead with nine points and five rebounds against Drexel.
- Angel led the Phoenix in scoring off the bench with 14 points in the win over Delaware, also matching her season-high with four assists to pace the team.
- Angel was named CAA Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season after an outstanding weekend, averaging 11.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.5 steals in Elon's victories over Stony Brook and Hofstra.
- Jayda Angel recorded her eighth double-figure scoring performance of the season with 14 points against the Pride, along with six rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
- In the team's win over Stony Brook, Angel led the team with nine rebounds and three steals.
- Jayda Angel provided a spark off the bench, leading the team with 15 points in the win over Hampton. She also contributed four rebounds, two assists, and a steal.
- Angel scored 14 points, going 7-for-11 from the field, while adding seven rebounds and two steals against the Tribe.

SCOUTING UNCW
- UNCW enters the weekend with a 12-12 overall record and a 6-5 mark in conference play after going 0-2 last weekend, falling to Delaware and Drexel.
- The Seahawks finished last season with a 5-25 overall record and a 3-15 mark in the CAA, placing 14th in the league.
- UNCW was projected to finish 11th in the conference this season.
- Taylor Henderson earned All-CAA Preseason Second Team honors, while Jania Hall was named to the All-CAA Preseason Honorable Mention Team.
