2013: Competed in six meets on the year...Ran a season-best time of 26:07.6 at the Mountaineer Open and finished 16th...Crossed the line in seventh at the Elon Invitational after clocking a time of 26:16.6 and helping the Phoenix win the meet title...Ran a new personal-best 32.22.3 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2012: Competed in the Three Stripe Invitational and ran a time of 16:27 in the 5K race on Nov. 3.

2011: Did not compete due to injury.

2010: Earned SoCon All-Freshman team honors after a 21^st place finish at the SoCon Championships with a team-best time of 25:39…Posted a season-best time of 25:20 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge, the second-best time in Elon cross country history…Clocked a 25:34 at the Louisville Classic…Finished the Elon Invitational in the top 10 with a time of 25:38…Posted a 20:43 at the Covered Bridge Open…Clocked a time of 33:02 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional…Received the team’s “Mr. Consistency” award.
