At UMass Lowell: Went 5-2 with a 3.87 ERA through five starts and 12 appearances in 2021...Recorded 36 strikeouts and allowed 24 runs (20 earned) on 51 hits and 18 walks in 47.2 innings pitched...Earned his first win of the season at UMBC on March 20 after giving up five runs (two earned) on seven hits. He faced 17 batters in 2.1 innings, striking out three...Improved to 2-2 with a win at Albany on April 17. He tossed 6.0 scoreless innings, struck out four, and allowed five hits with three walks...Got the win against Maine on April 23. He again threw 6.0 scoreless innings, scattering five hits and issuing one walk while striking out six batters...Allowed four earned runs on eight hits and two walks in a 7.0-inning start at Maine on May 8. He collected four strikeouts and improved to 4-2 with the decision...Secured his fifth win of the season in a 6.0-inning start against Hartford on May 21.
