ELON COLLEGE, NC -- Andrew Toole tied his career-high with 25 points as Elon (2-4) scored an 85-73 win over visiting North Carolina A&T (1-3) Wednesday night.

Toole also established a new career-high by hitting 6-of-8 attempts from three-point range, while going 7-of-12 overall from the field. He also had seven rebounds, four assists, and four steals in 37 minutes of playing time.

Elon took an early 16-3 lead in the game and never trailed by more than seven points the rest of the game.

Brendon Rowell added 13 points for Elon, and Clint Walker scored 11 for the Fightin' Christians, who snapped a two-game losing skid.

Tarrell Robinson and Bruce Jenkins each had 13 points for the Aggies, while Marque Carrington added 12 for A&T.
