ELON, N.C. – Tickets for the 2017 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Women's Basketball Tournament at the JMU Convocation Center in Harrisonburg, Va., are on sale now through the James Madison Ticket Office.
 
Tickets can be purchased online at JMUSports.com or by calling the ticket office at (540) 568-3853. The online page can be accessed by visiting JMUSports.com or the women's basketball championship page on CAASports.com.
 
All-session ticket books are priced at $40 for reserved seats and $30 for general admission. The tournament is set to run Wednesday, March 8, to Saturday, March 11, with the championship set for 7 p.m Saturday night. Seeding for the tournament will be finalized after the regular season concludes on March 1. The opening round and quarterfinals will air on CAA.tv before Comcast SportsNet takes over for the semifinals and finals.
 
Currently, Elon is first in the CAA standings entering play this weekend at 10-1 in conference action. The Phoenix has won 14 of the last 15 games overall with the one loss coming Jan. 20 against James Madison, a tight 76-70 decision in Alumni Gym.
 
Elon will look to remain in first place next time out on Friday night, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. when it welcomes Northeastern to Alumni Gym. The Phoenix defeated the Huskies 76-65 on Jan. 27 in the first meeting of the season between the two teams. After that, Elon will head to James Madison for a 3 p.m. game on American Sports Network looking to avenge the six-point loss last month.
