DORADO, PUERTO RICO – The Elon men's golf team recorded another even par 288 on Day Two of the Dorado Beach Collegiate Monday, Feb. 28 at the Dorado Beach Resort and Club (TPC). The 13-team field is playing the club's par-72, 7,112 yard Sugarcane Course.

Elon's two-round total of 576 sees the Phoenix tied with George Mason for ninth place. Ball State still leads the field with a 19-under par 557, though UNCG is right on their heels at 558 (-18) and Wofford is a few strokes behind and in third place at 562 (-14).
 
HIGHLIGHTS
Bronson Myers carded a one-under par 71 in the second round and is tied for 16th with a three-under 141. Matthew Doyle made a jump in the standings into a tie for 25th after turning in a 70 on the day. He's currently one-under par with a 36-hole total of 143. Pedro Rabadan is two strokes behind Doyle and tied for 39th with a 145 (+1), Garrett Risner is tied for 61st with a 148 (+4), and Juan Callejo Ropero rounds out the team scoring with a 149 (+5).

Among Elon's individuals, Graham Hutchinson owns an even 144, good for a tie for 33rd. He bettered his opening round by two strokes with a 71. Timmy Gannon is also tied for 39th with a one-over 145, Cristian Del Vecchio posted a one-under 71 and is tied for 48th with a 146, and Max Ferrari also shot a 71 on the day and is tied for 55th with a three-over 147. Dawson Daniels and Josef Dransfeld round out Elon's scores with a 150 and 161, respectively.

UP NEXT
The field wraps up play tomorrow with the third and final round. Elon will tee off from the 11th hole beginning at 8 a.m.
